Which is the correct way to consume fruits and vegetables on regular basis to get essential nutrients? Which all fruits and vegetables need to be consumed for good health

As a part of your diversified daily balanced diet, fruits and vegetables can be consumed throughout the day in between your major meals, during your mid- morning or evening snacks. Ensure proper hygiene while cleaning, cutting or peeling before consumption. It is recommended to Consume a minimum 5 servings of vegetables and 1 serving of fruit daily as they are rich in Fiber, essential minerals & Vitamins as well as they give you a feeling of satiety.
You can consume whole fruit as such or in the form of a fruit salad as per your preference.
Fruits and vegetables can be consumed in the raw form or in their cooked form as well. You can consume boiled vegetables, sautéed vegetables, cooked sabji, gravies, as a raw salad or you can also make vegetable soup or stew etc.
All fruits especially seasonal fruits - apple, papaya, banana, guava, pineapple, grapes, watermelon, mango can be consumed and Vegetables like green leafy vegetables(palak, methi,), roots and tubers(carrot, beetroot, radish,) & other vegetables like (cabbage, tomato, onion, brinjal, drumstick, )etc., predominantly available in your region can be consumed as a part of your daily balanced diet.
