Dear AK, Thank you for the Question.
Indigestion towards certain foods (such as oats shake or boiled sprouts as mentioned by you), malabsorption, inability to digest/absorb certain nutrients can occur due to intolerance, digestive issues, food allergies or any underlying health condition which requires medical attention.
Difficulty in passing stools or hard stools is constipation which can occur due to inadequate fiber and water intake, some other causes that can lead to constipation include neglecting urge to defecate, irregular meals, excess stress etc. and/or due to an underlying health condition which requires medical attention. For further diagnosis and assistance kindly contact your specialized health care professional.
Certain food intolerances can cause bloating, flatulence and stomach pain after consuming specific foods. In lactose intolerance it is seen after consuming milk and milk products like cheese, paneer etc. And in gluten intolerance it is seen after consuming, wheat, rye, barley etc.
The Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) of fiber for Male is 30g per day

Dear Shobha Rani, Thank you for the question.
It is important to bring to your attention that it is not advisable to kip any meal. To avoid malnutrition and digestive issues, consume major meals regularly along with healthy snacks in between.
Excess fasting or consuming very low-calorie diet can lead to malnutrition, chronic fatigue, affect metabolism etc. Meal timings play an important role in maintaining a healthy balanced lifestyle and reduce the potential risks of digestive issues. It is recommended to consume 3 major meals at regular intervals with healthy snacks in between and avoid skipping of any meals or frequent fasting. A Minimum 2–3-hour gap between the last meal and bedtime is recommended.
Intermittent Fasting is recommended for specific health conditions and should be followed under the supervision of health care professionals.
It is specified for different individuals’ basis different metabolic rate, need and fitness goal. Ideally for apparently healthy individuals without any underlying medical conditions the ideal time duration for Intermittent fasting is when you can eat during 6-8-hour window period and fast for the remaining 14- 16 hours.
