Dear Saheli Dutta, Thank you for the question
Excess gas formation can be a symptom of gastrointestinal digestive issues such as Gastritis, indigestion, constipation, IBS, intolerances etc., and/or due to an underlying health condition which requires medical attention.
Certain food intolerances can cause flatulence after consuming specific foods. In lactose intolerance it is seen after consuming milk and milk products like cheese, paneer etc. And in gluten intolerance it is seen after consuming, wheat, rye, barley etc.

Here are a few dietary guidelines for general digestive health.
Braces can cause an obstruction while chewing certain foods/ mostly hard foods. We recommend you to kindly consult with your dentist if the issue is persistent. However, we would suggest you to consume a soft diet which includes foods that are soft in texture as they are easy to chew and swallow and tend not to get stuck in your braces or teeth. Practice good oral hygiene and recommendations of oral care for braces as recommended by dental experts.
