Sir, I am 30 years . I am facing this gastric issue from past 8 months . I am scared youngsters are dying of other diseases like heart attack and stroke lots of young film stars died . I don't have smoking habits nor drink ...Yes earlier used to take fast food at a time . ALSO I feel heavy when I walk a bit long at road . Also feel heavy while riding at car , bus which means I get sweat , feel nervous , feels heavy at stomach . Thank you for your previous suggestion any more suggestion will be helpful!!!!
