What can I eat in replace of chapati?

Chapati is a good source of carbohydrates in your daily balanced diet. If you are consuming chapati made of wheat then you can replace it with jowar chapati, ragi chapati, rice flour chapati, Bajra chapati or even Multigrain which consists of two or more grains that are mixed or used in preparation & development of a particular product to enhance the nutritive value of the product or dish.
However If you intend to replace chapati as such you can consume rice based foods such as idli, dosa, khichdi, or Upma, Ragi ball, Dalia, Oats, ragi porridge, multigrain porridge, Besan cheela, pesarattu, oats dosa etc.
