My weight is underweight
My age 18 and my height is 182 cm and weight is 60
And my BMI is 15.1 which shows I am underweight
Please tell me some diet plan which help me to gain my weight please 🙏

Adolescence or teen age is acritical period of our lives in which our body undergoes rapid changes, growth and development. It is very essential to consume a healthy balanced diet with adequate amount of protein and other nutrients such as calcium, iron, vitamin D etc., which will help support growth, development, pubertal changes and strong bones.
The WHO recommended BMI is for adults 20 years and above. As per ICMR, reference ideal body weight and height for 18-year-old male can be considered as 52.7-64.1kg and 164.8-177.8 cm respectively
According to your mentioned weight you seem to be within the reference ideal body weight.
