Wheat is a cereal which is a good source of complex carbohydrates. You can include whole grains like wheat, millets and multigrain in your diet as they are a good source of fiber and other nutrients as well.
Wheat and wheat products can be included in the daily diet if an individual is not allergic or intolerant to gluten which is a complex protein present in the outer layer of some grains, especially wheat.
