I was suffering from lower left abdominal pain and gastric which use to be on alternate days but from last week, I've been experiencing severe lower abdominal pain, followed by constipation, loss of appetite, fullness, dry neck and white discharge with stool.

Stomach ache or abdominal pain is the discomfort felt near the abdominal region. It can range from mild to severe with varied frequency overtime.
