Hi... My ageis 35, since 5 month i have started heavy work out, but i am facing too much body pain in shoulders and all joits.. Will you plese give solution and tell me the reson behind it

Body pain & shoulder pain is be due to excess physical activity, muscle strain, etc. However, joint pain may be related to overweight, nutritional deficiency or underlying health conditions, some other common causes include, Accidents or falls, Congenital disorders (present since birth), Inflammation, Infection, Inherited disorders, or injuries etc.
