Dear Viji B, Thank you for the question
Sathu Maavu is a multigrain and nuts mix/ powder that can be consumed in the form of Ganji/porridge, as a healthy Ladoo, dosa, Adai etc. It is considered to be healthy and nutritious as it consists of a combination of cereals, millets, pulses and nuts which have essential macro and micronutrients as well as dietary fibre. Dietary fibre helps aid weight loss as it contributes to the satiety value of food.
You can combine it with milk or buttermilk as per your preference and taste.
