My height is 5.8' and age is 24 but weight is approx 46kg . I want to know that within 10 days is it possible to gain 5 kg without non veg. But I'm having 5 meals per day and about 1.5 litre milk.

Milk should be a part of your daily balanced diet as it is a good source of Calcium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Vitamin B12, these nutrients are necessary to maintain bone health, bone mineral density and prevent the risks of osteoporosis, osteoarthritis. However, milk alone will not help you gain weight.
The recommended intake of milk and milk products for an adult woman is at least 300ml per day.
