Mam I am 21 years . I am eating vegitable everyday and drink 4 liter of water. Like for 1 week. I feel. Constipated . Although. I go 3-5 times. And my stool is not so hard. Some time. Sticky and hard to push some time easy. Mam pls help. I am very stressed..
