Curd, Buttermilk, Yogurt etc are good source of probiotics which are beneficial bacteria that incur positive effects on gut health and overall digestive system.
You can include curd rice and other fermented milk products like Buttermilk, yogurt as a part of your daily balanced diet with your meals or in between your meals in adequate amounts.
ICMR NIN recommends to consume a minimum of 300ml of milk and milk products per day as a part of your daily balanced diet.
