If i eat in 10 portion, i generally pass out 6-7 portions of stool, but nowadays it's 1-2 portions of stool only. I'm facing trouble in my stool passing activity. Please help me out

As per some experts, it can be considered healthy to have a bowel movement ranging from 3 times a day to 3 times a week.
