If I drink banana🍌 milkshake and i have constipation problem so it will slow my bowel movement and my hard stool

Banana fruits are among the most important food crops and are a good source of fiber, potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and various antioxidants and phytonutrients. The fruit has a mild laxative property and may aid in relieving constipation. There is no strong evidence or research that helps establish relation between slow bowel movement and banana milkshake intake.
However, some other causes of constipation can be due to inadequate fiber and water intake, it may also be a symptom of gastrointestinal digestive issues such as indigestion, IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), intolerances etc., and/or due to an underlying health condition which requires medical attention, neglecting urge to defecate, irregular meals, excess stress etc.
