I am feeling bloated very often . Many times in a month and it lasts for 8-10 days . This happens every time I eat fried and oily food .
My question is - is being bloated for 8-10 days with gradual reduction everyday normal?

Dear Nikhar Patel, Thank you for the question
Bloating can be a symptom of gastrointestinal digestive issues such as Gastritis, indigestion, constipation, IBS, intolerances etc., Bloating is considered normal if it is not causing you any adnominal discomfort and subsides gradually without any medications.
Indigestion towards certain foods (such as oily foods as mentioned by you), malabsorption, inability to digest/absorb certain nutrients can occur due to intolerance, digestive issues, food allergies or any underlying health condition which requires medical attention.
Certain food intolerances can cause bloating after consuming specific foods. In lactose intolerance it is seen after consuming milk and milk products like cheese, paneer etc. And in gluten intolerance it is seen after consuming, wheat, rye, barley etc
We recommend you to consult a specialized health professional such as a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis and management.
