I am facing flatulence since 1 year and have the urge to defecate 3-4 times per day and also have stomach ache most of the times. What is the reason

As per some experts, it can be considered healthy to have a bowel movement ranging from 3 times a day to 3 times a week.
Regular gastritis, flatulence, excess burping, bloating can be a symptom of gastrointestinal digestive issues such as indigestion, constipation, IBS, intolerances etc., and/or due to an underlying health condition which requires medical attention.
