Hello please give me a day to day diet plan . I want to lose 9 -10 kgs My weight - 58.20kgs , height - 4.9 feet . No health issues , weight increased due to lifestyle changes like marriage. Food Preference - veg and non veg . House wife , no kids. I have milk intolerance.
