Dear Jahanvi, Thank you for the question
Sugar is a simple carbohydrate and is recommended to be consumed in a minimal quantity in your daily diet. Sudden, complete avoidance of sugar may potentially lead to hypoglycaemia or dizziness and tiredness as mentioned by you..
For specific fitness and health needs start gradual changes in sugar consumption. We also recommend you to consult a health care professional or a registered dietitian for further guidance.
However, you can consume complex carbohydrates as they are good source of energy. You can include whole grains like wheat, millets and multigrain in your diet as they are a good source of fiber and other nutrients.
Here are few ways to avoid excess sugar in your diet

However, a balanced diet consisting of a range of vitamins and minerals, combined with healthy lifestyle factors like adequate sleep and exercise and low stress, most effectively primes the body to fight infection and disease.
