Having problem digesting food for a few days. Consuming water is more troublesome. After drinking water immediately feel like acidity and want to puke and it takes a while for acidity to go away but again continues after consumption of water or fruits

Dear Vaishali Yadav, Thank you for the question
It is necessary to consume adequate amount of fluids in order to avoid various health issues such as dehydration, Kidney stones, fatigue etc. Consume about 8 glasses of water throughout the day and not at once. If consuming only water triggers nausea then try to incorporate Flavoured or infused water along with other beverages such as buttermilk, tender coconut water, fruit juices, vegetable juices, etc. For further diagnosis and management we recommend you to contact a health care professional.
