Yes you can consume channa(chick peas), green gram, soya beans & soya chunks in one day as pulses & legumes are a good source of vegetarian protein however they should be consumed adequately in moderation. According to the ICMR-NIN it is recommended to consume about 85g of pulses and legumes everdy day as a part of your daily balance diet.
