The higher the GI, the worse the carb is for our health. Why? Because carbs that suddenly load out blood with glucose raise our blood sugar levels.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sugary foods can give your mood a rollercoaster ride. As a result, they can sag you with anxiety and irritability.
